DISCLAIMER

  • If you have ever had work done by another artist please text me details and a recent photo so that I can accurately assess your eligibility for permanent makeup. Pictures must be taken in good lighting without any filters. Please send photos of your full face and up close.

  • I'm located at 6250 W Kilgore Ave. Muncie, IN 47304. I have a private room located inside of Endless Beauty.

  • For safety reasons no children and pets allowed. I have a small private room with NO extra seating for guests. Any guests will have to wait in the lobby. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Deposit / booking fee is non-refundable. (NO EXCEPTIONS) Deposit is only good for 6 months. If you cancel your appointment and don't reschedule within 6 months you forfeit your deposit. You must pay a new deposit to reschedule after 6 months.

  • All new permanent makeup is a 2-step process. After the initial session, it is recommended that you return for the second step which is a touch up perfecting session (additional fees apply). It is recommended this happen within 6-8 weeks after the initial session. After 12 weeks, this session is charged as an annual color boost. In a small percentage of people additional sessions may be needed (additional fees apply).

  • Annual color boosts are one session only. If additional sessions are needed, they are the same fee as the original annual color boost. There are no 6-8 week touch up sessions with color boost.

  • Rescheduling Policy/Fees:  No fee to reschedule 8+ days before appointment; $50 fee per service to reschedule within 7 days of appointment; $100 fee per service to reschedule within 36 hours or no call/no show day of appointment (more than one occurrence will result in no rescheduling). This is for any and all appointments.

  • 6-8 week touch up/ perfecting session:  YOU are responsible for booking your 6-8 week touch up session. If your touch up is not scheduled within 12 weeks of your initial appointment your touch up is FORFEITED. If you would like a touch up after 12 weeks additional charges will apply. If you NO CALL NO SHOW your 6-8 week touch up will be FORFEITED, you will be charged $100. If you arrive 15 minutes late to your touch up your touch up will be FORFEITED.

  • If you show up to your appointment and we cannot do the procedure you will lose your deposit. If you haven't paid a deposit a $100 fee will be charged. If you decide to reschedule, a new deposit will be required.

  • If we start with a procedure and you decide to quit when the artist is not finished, the full price of the procedure will be charged. You will FORFEIT your 6-8 week touch up.

  • We do not offer refunds or guarantees. Healed results vary. We do not offer any sort of guarantee on the work performed, directly after procedure or healed. A multitude of factors can affect the outcome of your permanent makeup to no fault of the artist or client.

  • Using makeup on the treated area may still be desired or needed. We have absolutely no control over what occurs during the healing process. Additional sessions may be needed beyond the typical 6-8 week touchup to obtain optimal results. Additional color boost charges will apply.

  • We can NOT guarantee the results for corrective/cover up work. If the previous work/tattoo is too dark, large, discolored, tattoo removal is recommended before booking an appointment for a new cosmetic tattoo, to achieve the best results. I offer saline tattoo removal for permanent makeup. When doing a cover up or color correction additional sessions may be needed.

  • Symmetry is the goal but no one has a face that is 100% symmetrical. We will get them as close as possible. You will approve the shape before we start.

  • If you have had permanent makeup done by me and went to another artist for a touch up, and come back to me to fix or touch up, you will have to pay full or correction price again.

  • Please note: If you are currently on your menstrual cycle you may experience pain differently than you typically would and may be more sensitive to pain. Although we use topical anesthetics before and during the procedure, it is possible you may still experience pain to a greater degree due to this. Please schedule accordingly.

  • The hair stroke technique WILL NOT work on everyone.  Those with the conditions below will need to be aware that results may vary.

  • Trichotillomania-pulling disorder: Due to scar tissue pigment will not retain well & WILL blur.

  • Large Pores/Oily/Severely Oily Skin (Do not recommend hair strokes, suggest powder brows)

  • Have Thyroid/Graves disease (Medications cause the pigment not to retain properly) Additional sessions may be necessary especially for eyeliner. Charges will apply.

  • Alopecia (Due to change in skin & follicles, not all types of Alopecia clients are candidates for hair strokes)

  • If you come in with a TAN, pigments implanted in tan skin will heal darker, appear ashy and hair strokes will NOT look like hair strokes.  No sun 7 days before & 30 days after.

  • Fitzpatrick skin types 1-2 (Red heads/Blondes-fair skin-light eyes) You will be red, swollen and sometimes the pigment will not retain well and you may require additional procedures. Additional session fees apply.

  • Fitzpatrick skin types 3-6 (tan, brown and dark skin) please note the hair strokes will not be as visible as on lighter skin types.

  • Under no circumstances can adjustments be made to your treated area during the healing process. Once you leave the studio you cannot undergo additional cosmetic tattooing until fully healed. The soonest you can be worked on is 4 weeks although 6-8+ weeks is ideal.

  • At your appointment you will see and approve the shape before I start. At the end of the appointment you will look and approve before you leave. I will gladly make adjustments at the end of your appointment before you leave. Once you leave you have to wait 6 weeks until they are fully healed to make any more adjustments to your brows. If you have already had your 6-8 week touch up perfecting session you will need to schedule another appointment to make any adjustments to your treated area. Additional fees will apply (see service page for fees).

  • If you don't adhere to pre-care and aftercare instructions it may cause the pigment not to retain properly. Additional sessions may be required (fees will apply).

I do not work on clients with the following conditions:

You know the state of your health better than anyone. If you have any medical issues that you feel might be a contraindication, then we suggest you get clearance from your doctor.

  • You are currently undergoing chemotherapy

  • Covid vaccine: Must wait 2 weeks before and after.

  • We can NOT work on women who are pregnant or breastfeeding. If you get pregnant prior to your touch up appointment you must cancel that appointment. You will NOT get the finished results. You must wait until after the baby is born and you are finished breastfeeding then you may schedule a color boost. (fees will apply) You will forfeit your touch up session.

  • Under 18 years of age.

  • On Accutane or on any acne medications. (Must be off Accutane for a year.)

  • On Prednisone, any Steroid medication. (Must be off the medication for 2 weeks) ON hydrocortisone/steroid creams – Topical steroids thin the skin.

  • Depending on the stage your skin is at, it may be too fragile to undergo the procedure. You should get clearance from your doctor before considering permanent make-up.

  • Have eyebrow hair transplants

  • Botox - Must wait 4 weeks before and after for the treatment area.

  • Antibiotic- If you are currently on this medication you must be off 2 weeks prior to your appointment.

  • MITRAL VALVE PROLAPSE, ARTIFICIAL HEART VALVES, OR ARTIFICIAL JOINTS… or any person that requires prophylactic antibiotics before dental or other procedures will need to consult their physician prior to permanent make-up.

  • Chemical Peel- If you have had chemical peel you have to wait 4 weeks after you get any procedure done.

  • Heart Disease/MVP/Pacemaker or HAVE ANY OTHER HEART CONDITIONS… uncontrolled high blood pressure and poor general health would be a special concern, you will need to see your physician and discuss the procedure to gain pre-approval.

  • MRSA-Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus Aureus

  • Hepatitis A,B,and C

  • You must be off any Retin-A, Retinol creams, Emu oils, alpha hydroxy, anti aging creams or any exfoliant for 7 days prior to the appointment. Avoid around the procedure area 4 weeks prior to appointment. It can cause pigments to fade prematurely.

  • Fertility treatments (Must be off of the medications 3-4 months before appointment)

  • Eczema, Acute/Serborrheic, Dermatitis, Psoriasis or an active breakout in or around the area, chronic shedding, bumps, redness, irritation or flaking of the skin in the procedure area. The tattoo artist will NOT be able to do the procedure until the blemish or area of concern is gone or and healed.

  • If you have epilepsy, hemophilia or heart disease of any kind should have a physician's approval prior to any permanent makeup procedure.

  • Diabetes type 1 & 2 - Prone to slow healing which puts you at higher risk to an infection. Must have it under control. It's recommended to get approval from your doctor in writing first.

  • Super thin/vascular skin

  • HAVE AN AUTO-IMMUNE DISEASE… You should get clearance from your doctor before considering permanent make-up.

  • EYE SURGERY… If you have had Lasik, Cornea repair etc. you will need to wait at least 6 months before permanent makeup procedure on your eyes. Must get approval from the doctor first.

  • You can NOT have lash extensions on when getting eyeliner done. I recommend waiting until after your touchup is healed to have eyelash extensions put on.

  • Latise or any hair growth serum. You must be off this serum for 60 days prior to permanent makeup on the area you use the serum.

  • Any type of organ transplant that requires anti-rejection medications

  • HERPES SIMPLEX: People who get fever blisters and/or cold sores may experience an outbreak after procedures. It is imperative that you discuss the procedure with your physician before the procedure and receive proper instructions on how to prevent an outbreak post procedure. Most physicians will offer a prescription for Zovirax or Valtrex to take prior to and after the procedure. If you have EVER had a cold sore even if it was 1 time 20 years ago you must get on medication prior to a lip blush procedure.

  • Lip fillers - Must wait 6 weeks before and after lip tattoo, as it may cause pigment not to retain properly.
